Issuing Digital Credentials
As an official Issuer, your organization will be set up with a MyCreds issuing portal. As an original data controller, desired types of documents (use cases) will be templated in your Issuer Portal.
- All use cases that relate to official academic documents (levels, occupation, certificate) can be accommodated.
- Issuing organizations can expire any documents (use cases).
- An API can be leveraged to integrate XML data with your learner management system to facilitate the seamless creation and provisioning of desired academic documents.
- Your MyCreds Issuer Dashboard allows the tracking and reporting of data related to any documents you issue.

Receiving Digital Credentials
As an official Receiver, the organization is set up with a MyCreds Receiver inbox, where transcripts and other documents are issued to.
- Lite Receiver – PDF documents received, ability to download data in CSV or XML if originally provision as such (service agreement has cost)
- Managed Standard – XML data integrated by API (service agreement has cost)
Your MyCreds Receiver Dashboard allows the tracking and reporting of data related to academic documents issued to you. Your organization can receive documents from other national network members and non members.
