Effective today, Olds College students and graduates will now have 24/7 access to digital transcripts in their own virtual credential wallet.
All Olds College students can now also access their digital badges upon completion of microcredential courses. The unique badge platform built into the MyCreds™ environment permits learners to demonstrate their achievements with the ability to share their digital badge with third party recipients or post it on their social media and LinkedIn accounts.

Olds College students and graduates are gaining valuable skills and making connections with employers to showcase these along with a variety of credentials including transcripts, badges, diplomas or other academic documents,” says Dr. Peter Mal, Associate Vice President, Students & Registrar. “We’ve heard from students, and they are excited to use this technology to manage and share their information securely and conveniently.”
MyCreds™ allows students to safely and securely access verifiable credentials and transcripts when they need them. These documents can be quickly and easily shared to other institutions, employers, and third parties. Documents issued through MyCreds™ are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.
