The Network Member Portal is the central resource hub for authorized staff at organizations who are part of the MyCreds National Network. It provides member-exclusive resources, documentation, updates, and tools to support your organization’s participation in the network.

Access is available only to authorized staff at MyCreds Network Member organizations. 

To protect member-exclusive information and ensure requests are properly authorized, the access request form below must be completed by your organization’s Registrar, Agreement Lead; or other designated organizational contact authorized by MyCreds.

Please do not complete the form if you are a learner or credential holder. 

How the Approval Process Works

Step 1

Your Registrar, Agreement Lead, or designated organizational contact submits the access request.

Step 2

The MyCreds team reviews the request and confirms that the individual is associated with an eligible Network Member organization.

Step 3

Any missing or unclear information is followed up with the requester or authorized organizational contact.

Step 4

Once the request is approved, access is provisioned.

Step 5

The new user receives confirmation and instructions for accessing the Network Member Portal.

Estimated Processing Time: Up to 1-2 business days after a complete and authorized request is received.

Who can access the Network Member Portal?

Authorized staff at organizations participating in the MyCreds Network may be granted access based on their role and organizational needs. 

Who can submit an access request?

The request must be submitted or approved by the organization’s Registrar, Agreement Lead, or another designated organizational contact authorized by MyCreds. 

 
Can I submit the form for myself?

Staff members should work with their Registrar, Agreement Lead, or designated organizational contact. This helps confirm that the request is authorized by the Network Member organization. 

 
How long does the approval process take?

Complete requests are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Incomplete requests or requests requiring additional verification may take longer. 

 
I already have access but cannot sign in. What should I do?

Contact the Member Success team for assistance. Include your name, organization, and a brief description of the issue. 

I do not know who my organization’s Agreement Lead is.

Contact the Member Success team. They can help identify the appropriate organizational contact. 

I am a Credential Holder. Should I request access?

No. The Network Member Portal is for authorized staff at organizations participating in the MyCreds Network. Credential Holders looking for their documents should use the Credential Holder Login or visit the MyCreds Support Hub.
