The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Advanced Education, joins MyCreds™ to offer digital Provincial Attestation Letters (PALs), simplifying the study permit application process for international students in compliance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements. International students planning to study in Saskatchewan can now benefit from the convenience of digital Provincial Attestation Letters (PALs) available through MyCreds™, marking a significant leap in efficiency and compliance.

IRCC has mandated PALs for most new post-secondary international students, in addition to a letter of acceptance from a post-secondary institution. This requirement represents a key step in the application process for international students. Saskatchewan emerges as a leader in addressing IRCC requirements, establishing an automated system through MyCreds™ to facilitate the digital issuance of PALs. The new process will help simplify the study permit application process for international students.
