For Learners
Enhanced Document Tracking: Learners now have greater visibility into where their documents are shared and which profiles include them—supporting transparency and engagement.
Simplified Security Updates: Updating security settings like PINs is now easier, with automatic notifications sent to recipients when changes occur.
Richer Profile Activity: Curated Learner Profiles now include detailed activity histories showing exactly what has changed, including added or removed documents and badges.
Feedback Pop-Ups: New in-system surveys capture real-time learner feedback to help improve the platform experience.
Enhanced Badges: Learners and verifiers can now view richer badge details, including learning outcomes, frameworks, completion dates, and supporting evidence.
For Institutions
Receive API Enhancements: The API can now separate and deliver XML data directly to integrated systems, reducing post-processing and improving automation.
Badge Management Improvements: Institutions can easily clone badges, add new attributes such as learning outcomes and jurisdiction, and align credentials with global frameworks.
