The First Nations University of Canada partners with ARUCC, MyCreds™ to provide digital credential wallets

Effective today, the First Nations University of Canada learners will now have 24/7 access to badges, micro-credentials and professional certificates in their own virtual credential wallet.
FNUniv is a unique institution of higher learning, specializing in Indigenous education for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. The University has expanded to serve Indigenous higher education needs nationally. FNUniv is an internationally recognized Centre of global Indigenous knowledge, attracting students and scholars of many different Indigenous backgrounds from across Canada and worldwide. FNUniv recently launched the Indigenous Continuing Education Centre (ICEC) to provide Indigenous-focused, accessible, flexible course offerings for Indigenous and non-Indigenous learners, as individuals, for organizations in the private and public sectors and communities.

Through MyCreds™, students will be able to access and share their academic documents with other colleges and universities, government, employers and third parties securely and conveniently. Documents issued through MyCreds™ are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.
