MyCreds is updating its organizational email addresses. Effective October 9, 2026, MyCreds email addresses will transition from @aruccnationalnetwork.ca to @mycreds.ca.
This change better aligns our email communications with the MyCreds brand and will make communications from our team easier to recognize. It does not affect the MyCreds® | MesCertif® brand or identity. MyCreds | MesCertif will continue to be used across our English and French communications and services.
There is no change to MyCreds services, learner accounts, credentials or platform access as a result of this update.
Updated MyCreds Email Addresses
Beginning October 9, please use the following email addresses when contacting MyCreds:

For most, no immediate action is required. Until October 9, you can continue communicating with the MyCreds team using our current email addresses.
Beginning October 9:
- Please use our new @mycreds.ca email addresses when contacting MyCreds.
- Update any MyCreds email addresses saved in your contacts, systems, workflows or documentation.
- Learner and support inquiries should be directed to support@mycreds.ca.
- Messages sent to our previous email addresses will continue to be managed during the transition to help ensure continuity of communication.
We are taking steps to support a smooth transition and minimize disruption throughout the change.

No. This change applies only to our organizational email addresses. There is no change to MyCreds services, learner accounts, credentials or platform access.
Is the learner support email changing?
Yes. Beginning October 9, learner and support inquiries should be sent to support@mycreds.ca, replacing mycreds@aruccnationalnetwork.ca.
Learners can continue to access MyCreds and use our support services as usual.
Who can I contact if I have questions about the transition?
Until October 9, you can continue contacting the MyCreds team through our current email addresses.
