Impact
Brief service interruption of approximately 5–7 minutes per portal during the upgrade window as changes are applied across the network. Some services may appear temporarily unavailable or experience minor delays.
Recommended Action
No action is required from issuing organizations. Please be aware of the brief service pause and plan accordingly if accessing the platform during the maintenance window.
Next Update
A confirmation notice will be posted upon successful completion of the upgrade on August 4, 2025.
Operational Portal Access Issue
Status: Resolved
Reported: June 18, 2025
Impact: Some Issuing Institutions are experiencing intermittent access issues (403 Forbidden error) affecting MyCreds Operational Portal. The Learner portal remains accessible and is not affected at this time.
Recommended Action: If your institution is experiencing this issue, please ensure that a ticket has been submitted to support@digitary.net, and cc info@aruccnationalnetwork.ca for visibility.
Next Update: We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide an update once access has been restored or if any further action is required.
Ontario College of Teachers – Receive Portal Offline
Status: Resolved
Reported: March 5, 2025
Impact: Credential-holders attempting to send documents to the Ontario College of Teachers through the MyCreds receive portal are currently unable to do so.
Recommended Action: Please send your document directly by email to info@oct.ca by following the instructions available here: Sharing to a Recipient’s Email
Next Update: We will post an update once the portal is restored or if any changes are made to the workaround.
