Quick & Easy Graduate Verification

MyCreds Verify™, owned by ARUCC (the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada), offers a one-stop online environment for businesses, government agencies, and other third parties to either quickly verify official applicant documents and credentials, or to confirm graduation status.  

Document and credential verifications are official and authentic. Graduation status verification is confirmed by the issuing institution. You will not have to contact a college or university to verify graduation status. 

 

How Verification Works - Two Ways to Verify

Learner shares link or sends to a registered Receiver

MyCreds™ offers Member colleges and universities from within Canada the ability to load official documents, such as transcripts, parchments and micro-credentials, into a secure, online credential wallet. The issuing organization provides learners with a MyCreds™ Learner Wallet. From their Wallet, learners can:

  1. easily provide you with a link to their official digitized document(s), or
  2. quickly send items directly to a Receiver.

Graduation Verification Service

Our newly introduced Graduation Verification Service is yet another way to verify graduation status. Instead of viewing official documents, the Graduation Verification Service lets you quickly confirm the year of graduation, the institution’s name and the name of the graduate’s award.  Official records are maintained by the issuing institution. Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) is the first institution to adopt this new service. Many other institutions will be joining soon.

Trust Matters

The authenticity of  shared documents is guaranteed when accessed online through MyCreds Verify™. While students and graduates have access to view documents, only the issuing education provider can upload or modify them. Convenient for both graduates and verifiers, MyCreds Verify™ lets you instantly verify program completion and minimizes the potential for fraud as the digital documents are tamper-proof. The Graduation Verification Service provides records which are maintained by the issuing institution.
