The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies issues academic documents digitally with the MyCreds™ virtual wallet

Effective today, the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) joins MyCreds™, the National Network and virtual credential wallet of the Association of Registrars of the University and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC).

Through the MyCreds™ platform, students, and alumni of SIIT will be able to manage, view, and share their official educational documents digitally.

Starting with the issuing of educational transcripts and the awarding of digital badges for a selection of its programs and related micro credentials, SIIT will eventually move towards digital parchments for certificates and diplomas, and other academic documents as the rollout of the MyCreds™ platform takes place.

Through MyCreds™, students will be able to securely and conveniently access and share their academic documents with other colleges and universities, government, employers, and third parties. Documents issued through MyCreds™ are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.
